Great question! The answer is yes, this is the only time we are going to be able to offer prints. We do not retain files that are not purchased.
Our artwork begins at $495. We have digital, print, and collections of both products available. Our collections depend on the specials our lab is running at the time of your viewing session.
Sure, and we understand why you would want them, but to be honest you would get the full MAP experience with a beautiful portrait of your family hanging in your home. We recommend artwork/digital combos for our clients.
Digital orders are usually available within 24 hours after your ordering session. Artwork can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We ship directly to your door.
We are a small, boutique studio, and rescheduling severely impacts us, especially late notice or no-show appointments.
Shoot appointments may be rescheduled 1 time, within 24 hours.
Reveal/Ordering appointments not rescheduled within 48 hours will forfeit their $99 ordering credit. We allow a maximum of 2 chances for a reveal appointment, after a second no-show or reschedule, images will be removed from our servers.
Session deposits may be refunded if you opt not to order and products from us. Otherwise it is converted into credit toward your order.
We are located in Valencia, California right by Magic Mountain.
Black & White artwork is great because it goes with any color combination in your home, however color artwork is available upon request.

Studio 23 Photography is a fun, popular family portrait studio that only accepts a limited number of appointments to provide clients with bespoke portraits and stunning pieces of art.
Please note that weekends tend to be fully booked several months in advance.
Complimentary Sessions: If you have received a complimentary session, your reservation fee helps to prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring that Studio 23 Photography can continue to provide dedicated, high-quality service to all clients. Your reservation fee will be fully refunded on the day of your Zoom or In-Person Ordering/Reveal session if you attend your appointment and opt not to purchase any artwork or digital products. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the fee as a credit towards an artwork purchase during the session.
Paid or Voucher-Purchased Sessions: If you purchased a paid or discounted session or session voucher, your payment will be made directly to Studio 23 Photography and is non-refundable after 48 hours of scheduling your session. The discounts or credits associated with your purchase will be applied at the time of payment.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice so that the studio can accommodate another client. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will require an additional reservation fee. Rescheduling more than once without paying the non-refundable additional reservation fee is not possible. Any additional reservation fees, while non-refundable, may be applied in full to any order.
Terms and Conditions:
A session and/or confirmation fee is required to secure your photo session on the agreed date and time.
If you cancel your session within 72 hours of payment, your reservation fee will be 100% refundable.
If you cancel your portrait session after 72 hours of booking, the reservation and/or confirmation fee will be converted into a studio credit valid for one year and can be used towards rescheduling your appointment. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the session.
If you provide at least 7 days’ notice for cancelling your appointment (photo session or zoom reveal session) by contacting Studio 23 Photography at email@example.com or by calling 800.380.1217, your reservation fee will be automatically transferred to secure a new date with no additional fee. Please note that weekends are usually fully booked several months in advance.
If you cancel or request to reschedule your session (photo session or zoom reveal session) with less than 5 days notice, your reservation/confirmation fee will be non-refundable. Any sessions cancelled within 72 hours of your scheduled session will require an additional non-refundable fee of $200 towards a rescheduled session at a future date. Any discount or promotion vouchers may also be forfeited and voided during the ordering appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it will automatically be cancelled, and no refunds will be available.
